Manage and oversee the daily logistics and e-commerce operations including
warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, and customer service. Identify
opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements across all operations. Implement inventory management systems and practices to optimize stock turnover. Monitor expenses and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
